I would like to believe that Charter would like to maintain their customer base especially in the face of worthy competition but that does not seem the case. There are NO considerations for meeting the competition or even allowing discounts of any kind. I would think some sort of insensitive would be there to keep **% of the monthly bill but?**AT&T Uverse has offered a * year package that will equal or exceed what Charters programming's are today for approximately $***.** per month less than Charter with a couple of VISA cards as incentive. I hear the pros and cons from your staff, but when fiber optics is there opposed to what some have and I have ***mb program with you, but that is another issue that Charter will not address is poor or reliable or consistent internet speeds unless you bring back box and then there’s no guarantee that will fix the problem. My in home Wi-Fi is also an issue of having to move around the home (** months old) and loosing connection very frequently. **I pay approximately $*** per month and AT&T will equal the service for $*** per month LESS for the first year. I enjoy the TV side, but phone and Wi-Fi side isn’t the best. Finding the problem within a home can be an issue but you guys won’t even offer some sort of booster to improve signal strength nor will you send a technician out without billing. I pay a pretty penny for your service but “SERVICE” isn’t what I’m getting. **What can you do for someone who would like to stay with you?**Bob Hewitt
