Hello, I have ordered an item and the order number is ********, the address was clear and it’s in Oxford, Ohio. There is an UPS location right next to it, but the item was sent to a location that is * and a half hour drive away. It was also been helped and need to be picked up in person. I called UPS and they wanted me to contact sender directly. I tried to call, non of the numbers are working. I tried chats, not working either. This has been a huge unpleasant shopping experience and I want my product but I’m not spending * hours total on driving to pick up my stuff that’s supposed to be shipped to me. Please let me know your response as soon as possible. I was expecting this item to be here as you promised “* businesses days”. Yet it’s been almost ten days and this happens.
