On December 24, [redacted], I visited Champs Store #[redacted] to purchase a NK Blk/blk Rosherun for my son. When the cashier ran my card, she informed me it did not go through. She attempted again at a different register, only to say it was declined. Consequently, I paid in cash. To my dismay, days later, the bank released the funds to the store. I am now trying to retrieve the money. The store manager mentioned that even though the bank released the funds, she cannot see it on her end and does not know the next steps. I am exhausted by this ordeal and seek resolution.

During a recent visit to Bel Air Mall in Mobile, Alabama, I came across a military-style hoodie that caught my eye. Being a 65-year-old Vietnam veteran, I inquired about any discounts for seniors or veterans at Champs Sports. The sales clerk mentioned a veterans discount and requested physical evidence of my veteran status. I showed her my veterans paperwork on my phone along with my Massachusetts license, but she insisted on a hard copy which I didn't have. Despite asking to speak with a manager, I wasn't given the opportunity and left without purchasing the hoodie. I expressed my disappointment to the clerk, emphasizing that I would advise fellow veterans against shopping at Champs Sports in the future due to this experience. It's disheartening to be treated this way, especially as a veteran, and I hope that Champs Sports reconsiders their policy regarding proof of veteran status.

During my visit to Bel Air Mall in Mobile, Alabama, I wanted to buy a military-style hoodie for $59. I inquired about senior or veteran discounts, and the saleswoman confirmed their availability. When I showed her my veterans papers on my phone, she requested a hard copy, which I found inconvenient as I did not have a physical copy on me while on vacation. While the cost was not an issue, I left feeling disappointed that my veteran status was not respected by Champs. As a proud Vietnam veteran, I believe this treatment was unfair. I do not intend to seek anything from the store, but I felt it was important to share my experience.

I just made a purchase, but mistakenly entered the wrong shipping address. Hello, I'm initiating documentation for this concern. My order #[redacted] was reported as delivered today, but regrettably, I did not receive it. The UPS tracking number associated with this shipment is 1Z87843V[redacted]. I have already reached out to UPS regarding this issue and wanted to ensure you were informed as well. To provide context, I reside in an apartment complex with a package locker system. Today, I successfully retrieved 2 other packages from UPS. At 12:53, I received notifications from the package system indicating 2 packages were available for pickup. Surprisingly, although all 3 packages, including the one from your company, were marked as delivered by UPS, the one from your order was missing from the lockers. I am extremely disappointed with the ordering process from Champs. I placed an order online, entered my credit card details, proceeded to "place order", and then received a survey instead of an order number. Despite no order confirmation or email received, I tried to contact the 24/7 customer service but waited 45 minutes only to get disconnected. I even contacted my credit card company, who confirmed no purchase was made. The website lacks a way to check order status or receive immediate order or confirmation numbers. Champs' customer service is unresponsive and the whole process has been frustrating, especially on Cyber Monday. If I had known about these issues, I wouldn't have ordered from Champs.

Hello, my name is Joseph. I recently visited Champs Sporting Goods in Springfield, Pennsylvania. I need to exchange a Michael Jordan sweat suit and sneakers. I had over $[redacted] in store credits from a gift bought online. During my visit, the service I received seemed to change once the associate realized I was white. Despite observing great service to other customers, I felt I was treated differently. The manager, Joe, who is Afro-American, handled the situation exceptionally well. This incident occurred on December 28th around 4:40 pm. Customer service is crucial, and I expect the store to address this issue appropriately. Despite this experience, I appreciate the manager's kindness. I hope Champs will resolve this matter positively. Thank you for your time and consideration.

I purchased shoes on March 29, [redacted]. Unfortunately, I lost my wallet in the store. The manager checked the video, but couldn't find anything. Although she treated me well, I experienced an incident on March 30, [redacted] at 5:30 pm. A staff member asked if I found my wallet, and upon my negative response, they laughed along with others. This made me feel ridiculed, humiliated, and insulted. They lacked empathy for someone who lost their belongings. I request appropriate disciplinary action be taken towards the staff at the CHAMP Sunny Isles St. Croix, USVI, for their behavior.

I have been a loyal Champs customer for years because of my passion for collecting Jordan shoes. I purchased a Jordan Wind Breaker in the winter alongside the matching 11's, but recently found a small hole in the sleeve. When I returned to the Thunder Bay location and spoke with DJ, he provided me with two solutions: either receive 60% store credit due to it being past 45 days or have the jacket sent back to the manufacturer for a replacement without the defect. I opted for the latter to keep the jacket I love. DJ estimated it would take 3-5 business days, but after three weeks of no updates, I followed up to find out the manufacturer couldn't address the issue, only offering store credit. This was contrary to the initial agreement. I couldn't locate the receipt, so I decided to reclaim my jacket, only to be told it was still with the manufacturer. The staff's unhelpful attitude and insistence on only offering store credit left me frustrated, feeling like I lost $[redacted].00. I have spent over $[redacted].00 annually at Champs and expect better customer service and resolution.

On December 21, [redacted], while shopping at Champs Sports in Arundel Mills mall after being away with the Army, I was wrongly accused of stealing a sweater. Three Champs employees confronted me in another store, Forever21, and insisted on checking my bag, causing embarrassment. Even after finding nothing, no apologies were given. Speaking to the manager, Don, I was directed to customer service but received no response to my messages. This incident has left me extremely disappointed and has affected my perception of the company. I bought a pair of Air Force Ones for my son in November, but the size was incorrect. They sent a replacement pair that looked used, causing me extra time and cost to exchange them. Despite receiving emails thanking me for the return, I'm now told they never got the shoes back. This mix-up ruined my son's Christmas. I have three boys and a girl and usually prefer this store over others like Finish Line or Footlocker. They offered me a $25 gift card as compensation, but all I wanted was for something special to be done for my son. I even have a supervisor's contact information. I had a disappointing experience with my online order from Champs. The package was delivered to the wrong address, and after much effort, I located it with the help of my neighbors. I purchased shoes a month ago, but received the wrong size. I have been unable to contact Champ's Sports to resolve the issue or obtain the correct size. When attempting to print a return label, the order couldn't be located. Ultimately, I had to cover the shipping costs to return the shoes, even though the mistake was not mine. I am currently awaiting the correct size and continuing my efforts to speak with a live representative to clarify the situation. This whole experience has been very frustrating.

I placed an order on Friday, and the estimated delivery was supposed to be yesterday. Now, the website shows the estimated delivery as pending, and it hasn't been shipped yet. According to your policy, orders should ship the next business day, but mine hasn't shipped even though I ordered it on Friday. I tried calling but was on hold for 11 minutes with no help. I am frustrated as my order status now has a restart icon and no order link. I have reached out via email, phone, and text multiple times with no response. This lack of communication is unacceptable.
