Hello,**I just wanted to start a paper trail on this. **My order ******** was allegedly delivered today but I did not receive it. The UPS tracking number is *Z*****V**********. I already emailed UPS to let them know but I wanted to loop you in too. **Just to give some more details about the situation, I live in an apartment complex that uses a package locker system. I actually successfully received and retrieved * other packages from UPS that arrived today. **At **:** today I got notifications from the package system that * packages were available to pick up however all * packages including the order from you were marked as delivered by UPS. For whatever reason, the order from you was not in the lockers.**Any help tracking this down would be much appreciated. **Kind Regards,*Jamie.
