#1: I am disappointed with the B750 garage door opener. It doesn't work with my Volvos unless I buy additional equipment. My old Genie was compatible with all Homelinks. Chamberlain needs to improve this. #2: I woke up early to contact Chamberlain customer support at their number, but they were closed at 5:00am MST. Confusing. #3: I had an issue with a defective part (Trolley screw tube) that took me 30 frustrating minutes to resolve. #4: I regret choosing the B750 opener after thorough research. I will be returning it to Home Depot and getting a Genie opener that's more compatible with my Volvos. Plus, no yearly fee for Smartphone access.

I am experiencing a recurring issue with my Chamberlain garage door. Several times a week, when I try to close it using the remote or the wall button, the door starts to close but then reverses back up after only a quarter of the way. I end up having to manually pull it down. Strangely, after about three hours, it starts working again as usual. This cycle repeats every few days, and it began about a year after the installation five or six years ago. - K.W.

I bought a Chamberlain B970 garage door opener in October [redacted]. Last night, the door wouldn't open, so I contacted Chamberlain this morning for technical support. After a 10-minute call, the agent advised me to contact a local repair company for my faulty sensors. Despite trying to align the sensors, my double wooden garage door remained stuck, forcing me to cancel morning appointments. I followed the agent's suggestions and called a company today. They discovered the faulty sensors and replaced them for $[redacted].95, with the sensors alone costing $[redacted]. When I called Chamberlain to inform them of the repair cost, another representative stated they had no record of my previous call or any information on file for me. This lack of documentation and recognition of my earlier call is unacceptable. I want this situation resolved promptly because I find this treatment unfair and disappointing from a company I once trusted.

I have a Chamberlain chain drive opener model HD220 installed on 4/4/[redacted]. After a recent thunderstorm and heavy rain, I needed to reprogram the travel settings as instructed in the owner's manual. However, when attempting to adjust the travel, the opener does not respond correctly. When operating the door from the wall switch, it only goes up halfway and stops, then closes when prompted. The programming of the travel limits does not work properly. Even though I follow the steps to program the up travel, the door does not move as expected. Pressing the adjustment buttons and trying to activate the motor with the up or down buttons does not produce any results. It seems like the travel programming is not functioning, and I am unable to reset it. I have experience as an Electronic Tech for 38 years, but without a more detailed manual, I am hesitant to troubleshoot blindly by opening up the unit without knowing if it has a travel module or logic board.

I have been struggling with my Chamberlain/LiftMaster for over a month now without a solution. The WiFi on my [redacted] Belt-driven battery backup model is not functioning despite receiving multiple boards as replacements. I am currently waiting for a motor as the latest attempt to fix the issue. It feels like I'm on a prank show like Candid Camera. All I want is for the product to work as promised, allowing me to control it from my Android phone. I suspect others might have given up and resorted to using remotes instead. At this point, I am considering getting a professional to install it correctly with a functional WiFi connection or switching to a competitor's product. This situation is beyond frustrating, especially since I have invested in a new door and opener with no success in getting the WiFi to work.

Hello, my name is Eric. I have a total of 9 RJ020 machines, and after hooking up the last 3, the final one I connected doesn't work. It started to lift, but then it made labored sounds and stopped without any lights or signs of power. I reached out to customer service, and they mentioned sending parts for it, but I'm frustrated with having to troubleshoot and fix a brand-new product. I explained my concerns to a representative and even a supervisor, expressing my desire for a replacement rather than dealing with repairs. I would have preferred the machine to work correctly from the start. My contact details are [redacted] and email [redacted]

I followed the advice of a LiftMaster representative and bought a KLIK2Y-P2 Universal Wireless KeyPad to operate my LiftMaster LA400UL gate and Genie Pro Screw Drive Garage Door. I was promised it could manage both devices simultaneously, removing the need for two keypads. While I successfully programmed the keypad for each device individually, I couldn't get them to work together "side-by-side." Chamberlain Technical Support informed me that: 1. The keypad isn't meant to handle two devices side-by-side. 2. The suggestion from the LiftMaster Representative was incorrect and isn't Chamberlain's responsibility. 3. They don't support purchases from Amazon, only direct ones. 4. I must contact Amazon for a solution (though I believe it's Chamberlain's issue, not Amazon's). I am looking to receive a full refund for the keypad, as it doesn't function as promised and doesn't meet my needs.

The Chamberlain garage door opener installed when I bought my home is not functioning correctly. It fails to open the garage door even after I replaced the battery in the handheld remote. The lights on the Chamberlain garage door opener are blinking, and there is a loud noise when I use the mounted remote on the garage wall.

Good Morning, I recently set up the garage door opener you provided, but it's not working. Although a logic board was sent and installed, the opener still isn't functioning. I understand this is taking up my time. During the conversation on Friday, a gentleman offered to send me new sensors. I was frustrated that I'm being tasked with repairing a product I already paid for. I expressed my dissatisfaction and mentioned discarding the malfunctioning opener, but I now realize this was not the best approach as it would mean repurchasing the item. I am prepared to proceed and install new sensors once they are sent to me. If this repair attempt fails, I request a replacement for the entire unit. Thank you, Greg B.
