Help with my Certegy issue
Trying to find out why checks are not accepted for Social Security Representative Payee ... We have @ *** consumers that we service via Social Security Administration for Representative Payee. For some reason, our consumers are unable to cash their checks and it is having an adverse reaction. I have called and they asked me to send information via fax and they would get back to me within ** hours. I asked for a rush, and she said she would request it. It has been several days, much more than ** hours. I need resolutions asap
