The issue in GetHuman-biselama's own words
I want to cancel my service with Centurylink because my new location where we moved to does not have a stronger signal and Centurylink told me that the area were we moved to has not been upgraded, so they told me i have to be on a waiting list. Which for me was not ok because i do a lot of business online and other thinks and i need a stronger signal to achieve this things.
