I paid my bill for Oct *, **** on Sept. **, **** in the amount of ***.** and sent it to the address on the bill. On my monthly bill there is no record that amount was paid and i am showing a balance overdue. I have a copy of my cancelled check and the back of the check that it was deposited to the Bank of America and Century Link as the payee. Apparently someone didn't credit my account. I have tried to email a copy of my check to the email address given me but it doesn't go through please help me and someone talk with me about this to get it resolved
