The issue in GetHuman-beertrai's own words
Regarding account *********:**I called CenturyLink, to pay my bill last month, sometime before November **th. A minimum of three (*) phone calls were placed due to the service having high call volume and*or just outright disconnecting my phone call. Once a connection was achieved, the payment service, Speed Pay, said the bill was paid. The bill for December just arrived in the mail advising the previous month bill was NOT paid and it included a $**.** service fee. *I am requesting the late fee to be waived*removed. Century Link is becoming a pain, and if another service becomes available I would have to consider changing companies to the various issues encountered over time to include lost service from failed technology. Please review the numerous repair calls over the past three years alone. To add insult, Century Link has not offered xompensation for lost service but is quick to assess a late fee, when your system said the bill was paid.

GetHuman-beertrai did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
