The issue in GetHuman-kpmolyne's own words
when i ended my account with centurylink I talked with a manager and he told me I wouldnt be recieving any more bills and if i did to disregard. Now i am getting a bill and continue to recieve phone calls letting me know i have a balance on my account. Then because i didnt have my account number they refused to speak with me. I want my account to the zero balance i was promised and i dont want any more phone calls.
GetHuman-kpmolyne did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
