I have a **.** late fee attached to my bill. I never received a billing statement in July therefore I forgot to pay this bill. I always pay by phone as soon as I receive the bill. I would like for you to drop the **.** charge from my bill at which time I will pay the total amount due.
GetHuman-shobud did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
