I have been on the phone with your company for nearly * hours, holding, getting cut off * times. My brother passed away Jan. **, **** nd I was unable to access his bank account to find out what was on auto pay. I finally was able to access the account two days ago and found that * payments of $**.** were taken out by Century Link since January. I was told I needed to speak with the Financial Services Department about a refund. I got through to them twice but was cut-off in mid-conversation both times. The second time Claudia took my phone number and said she'd call me back if that happened...she did not. I am getting really angry. Call me ***-***-****.
GetHuman-luanner did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
