GetHuman-jbcknhr's customer service issue with CenturyLink from April 2020

Help with my CenturyLink issue
Before contacting them, items GetHuman-jbcknhr may need:
Account holder name, Account number, Billing address, Account phone number, and Last 4 digits of Social Security number
The issue in GetHuman-jbcknhr's own words
Bill date ******* shows "previous balance of $***.**" plus "late fee" tack on in amount of $**.**. This is incorrect!!*This bill was paid on ******* (by personal check). There is a consistent*billing glitch in error or (perhaps by design) that by the time the bill arrives it is impossible to pay by mail and arrive on time. I've discussed this more than once with a cust' service rep' and this issue has been ongoing for several months. I am close to cancelling Century Link permanently if this cannot be resolved. The past due balance is incorrect and the late fee is unjustified. Short story is in summary: If C-Link could get the billing out on time it would be paid on time. I'm a hard-copy subscriber and like a paper trail and will not allow any provider direct access to my bank acct.

GetHuman-jbcknhr did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
