The issue in GetHuman-boompate's own words
i have a service call set up for today between * am and * pm. I had no data line yesterday, just a red DSL light and loads of static and noise on my incoming line. Agent I worked with said it needed a dispatch. However, as I look at it this morning, everything is clear and I have a *.* Download. This happens to my line about * to * times a year.*Therefore, it is of no use for a repairman to come out and find nothing wrong with the line so I wish to cancel the service call as he or she will find no problems. Not knowing who exactly to call to cancel, I'm starting with you. My phone number*account number is *** *** ****.
