CenturyLink took money from my bank before due date and when out didn’t go thru, they disconnected my account with them. So now I can’t even get to my account to get link sent to me so I can send this modem back, and the have closed all of their offices locally. I am afraid they are going to make me eat this bill for modem...my ** days is up on the **th

How GetHuman3706293 fixed the problem
I was given a number to call to get my account number, then I called it and was given a number to call to get a link to get the free mail return for Century Link. I clicked on link and took a picture of it and then went to UPS mailed it off and took a picture of the receipt ..no more worries. :)
