The issue in GetHuman-lindalch's own words
For awhile now I have been having internet problems. Can be on computer and all the sudden I have no internet connection. Usually it comes back after *** hour or so, but last time I still didn't have connection ** hours later. Called for help and got it working. It comes and goes. Called today and was told it was my modem and I would have to purchase a new one. I've had this modem about * years and feel that's not very long for it to be bad. I have been a good customer-always pay bills on time and feel this is not the way to handle this problem. Furthermore, when calling in to discuss problem am told it would be faster to go to your website. If I can't get internet to work how can I get to your website? ? It's a counter productive idea.
