I actually got a human being on the phone, and requested a service tech to come out. He was a no show. I phoned again with the same request and JOHN appeared at the appropriate time, and fixed my phone service! I have a friend one street down who is still "out". HOWEVER, I JUST WROTE YOU AN EMAIL ASKING YOU TO HELP ME GET CREDIT FOR THE ** DAYS I WAS WITHOUT SERVICE, MAY ** TO JUNE **) AND i CAN'T GET TYHROUGH. PLEASE HELP ME. THEY REQUESTED $* FROM ME (REFUNDABLE...) AND THEN ASKED FOR MY ENTIRE CREDIT CARD NUMBER. PITIFUL. FRAN ABBOTT, **** LOIS DRIVE, SHOREVIEW, MN ***** (***-***-****).
