I have a problem with my bill, when I talked to the person who put the new offer said that my payment was going to be the same always, and I do not had to call for any other offer or changes in my payment because the price will be the same and now it changed to ** when it was **. I am very upset with this because I did not check before and I been paying ** dollars since November...i think this is not fair!!!
