we were to have service for tv & internet & telephone today between **:**-*:** tv we got only.then we started calling ,now time will be before *:** pm , Still no show for telephone and internet!!! called again spoke to Elizebeth who is in Mexico!!!!she gave my husband the run around again , my husband has heart problems and he does not need this kind of stress that was created by your company .!!!! we were going to pay our last bill at spectrum before the end of the day but now i think under the circumstance your company should pay any overages since we had a confirmation * and time really very un happy with this , respond please kathy magoulas or call me ***-***-****
