Century Link I have tried to straighten out my account for several days now..Century Link tells me to call Direct TV and Direct Tv had me calling Century Link..I am getting nothing accomplished.. I went to Century Link for their package deal that consisted of phone .. Direct TV and Internet.. I was quoted a price that and it would be ***.** a month (also told them I recurved SS check end of month so wanted my due date for the **th of each month and was told this arrangement was fine also did easy pay so their would be no late charges and now I am being billed for late charges ..Direct TV (charges on channels that I did not order ) there also was put on my account and extra $***.** every month which I tried each month ( and again told to call Direct TV and Direct Tv said to call Century Link.. this was never changed so I continued to pay what I was quoted and told them I couldn’t any more and did not want anything added to my TV channels.. nothing ever done on my bill and now Tv shut off and quoted charges due... will check all this out with Senior Citizen Advocate .. needless to say I will switch to Dish.. ( forgot to mention why would I have late fee when you took payment out of my account?? Many other issues also.. have never had any financial issues before!??
