Today is November *, ****. On October **, **** and today - again on November *, **** I have had two horrendous experiences with CenturyLink services. For a total of almost * hours on October **, **** I was transferred ** different times speaking to various departments just asking the simple que,stion "Is there a grace period on my bill when paying it from the due date" to a rude non-English speaking agent in St. Paul, MN in the Finance Department named Isaac. Today, November ****, my problem was a double Answering machine problems stating "the Mailbox is not set up". Thanks to an ignorant Customer Service Agent - not removing a Voice Mail add on in a new Price for a Lifetime package - I lost hundreds of dollars in business when my clients could not reach me because "my Mailbox was not set up" and I have an answering machine on my office phone. My account is ***-***-**** ***R. I would like to discuss this with a Human English Speaking person as to how this should NOT have happened , the business I have lost because of it, the time and almost ** departments I was transferred around in a two day period of time.
