I was seeing a warning from Norton Online Backup that my available storage was down to *%. On ******* I contacted customer service by phone and requested to have my backup increased to **GB with the CenturyLink@Ease Advanced plan. I received a letter confirming the change order *C******** account * ***-***-**** code ***. I still continue to see the warning from Norton Online Backup that my available storage is still at *%. When does the change to **GB take place?
