Account *********** Allen Jones* *** Spicer Rd, Kenansville, NC ****** ***-***-**** *- I have been using a NetGear router for approximately * years, but last week I stopped being able to access the internet with any of my devices (wired and wireless). When I called CenturyLink customer support they tried resetting my connection and a number of other things but nothing worked. The representative then had me reset my router* after which, I needed to reconfigure the router. In the initial configuration of the NetGear router, I had to use the CenturyLink router and detect the current settings through it. However, when I told the representative the model of my original CenturyLink router, she informed me that model is no longer supported. This brings me to the reason I'm contacting you. I need a new CenturyLink router sent to me so I can have access to the internet. I still payed the bill this month but I really need help to get internet back in my house. I would greatly appreciate your assistance on the matter. Thank you.

I have been a loyal customer for at least * years.
I've tried configuring my router the same way I did when I first purchased it. I connected the old CenturyLink router to the NetGear router, but it doesn't work. I've also tried using the "NetGear Genie" application to try resolving the problem internally, but to no avail.
