Was getting uglym with me. Got my bill for *****. HAD ON THEREE **.** DUE. I HAD PAID THAT ** AND ALSO CALLED MY BANK AND WAsTOLD IT HAD BEEN PAID. wAS ALSO TOLD IT WOULD COST ME **.** FOR MY COMPUTOR. I AM ** YEARS OLD LIVE ALONE AND NEED MY PHONE FOR EMERGENCY ASM I AM HANDICAP.SO I CAN CALL ***. also THE ONLY THING I U*SE MY COMPUTOR FOR IS TO PAY BILLS AS I CAN NOT DRIVEmY SON TAUGHT ME TO DO THIS. tHEY NOW SAID I HAVE TO PAY **.** FOR MY COMPUTOR. iT WEOULD BE CHEAPER TO BUY STAMPS mYN BILL USEDM TOM RUN IN THE **-** DOLLAR RANGE. THAT IS WHAT I CAN AFFORD. I DONT WANT TO GET A CELL PHONE AS I ONLY USE A PHONE FOR EMERGENCYS I WAS ALSO CHARGED *.** DOLLARS FORM LATE. I PAID THE BILL I GOT FOR **.** AND ITM WAS RECIEVED AND CASHEDM jULY **

hAVE BEEN A GOOD COUSTOMER FOR MANY YEARS ?wAS UNDER HOWARD jONES UNTIL HE DIED NOWM ON MY NAME. never HAD TROUBLE LIKE THIS BEFORE. I HAVE REQUESTED ONLY THE BASIC WHICH IS ALL I CAN AFFORD. wILL HAVE TO GO WITHOUT PHONE AND LPRAY FOR HELP IF I NEED IT
tRIED TO TALK TO AGENT * TIMES BUT NO LUCK. sEEMS THEY GET ANNOYEDM WITH ME. tHEY DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHAT I AM TRYING TO TELL THEM OR DONT WANT TO BOTHER WITH ME BECAUSE OF MY AGE.
