BRITNEY IN FINANICAL, WHO SAYS SHE IS THE 'TOP' AND NO ONE ELSE IS ABOVE HER, IS A TROLL, AN INSENSITIVE, UNSKILLED, UNEDUCATED PERSON, LACKING UNDERSTANDING AND COMPASSION* "A SENIOR ABUSER" WHO MOST LIKELY WAS HIRED BECAUSE OF ETHNICITY NOT QUALIFICATIONS. SHE IS ON A POWER TRIP, LIFT HERSELF ABOVE A "MANAGER". SHE DOES NOT HAVE WISDOM TO DEAL WITH CUSTOMERS. SHE IS A LIAR ON TOP OF ALL OF THAT. I CAUGHT HER IN A 'LIE' WHILE TALKING TO HER ON THE PHONE.** I WILL LEAVE CENTURYLINK AS SOON AS I CAN MOVE OUT OF THEIR TERRITORY AND I WILL ADVISE OTHERS TO "STAY AWAY" FROM CENTURYLINK...BAD SERVICE, WILL SELL YOU A SERVICE AND NOT PERFORM WHAT THEY SOLD. APPARENTLY, THE CEO'S ARE ALSO 'CROOKED' . IF THEY KNEW ANYTHING ABOUT TRUE BUSINESS AND LIFE, THEY WOULD KNOW AND REALIZE THAT "A BUSINESS IS FORMED AS A SERVICE TO A COMMUNITY" WHEN THERE IS NO GOOD SERVICE, 'THE CUSTOMERS WILL BEGIN TO LEAVE' AND THE BUSINESS FALLS APART. WITH THE CURRENT 'STUPID' GENERATION, IT MIGHT TAKE A WHILE, BUT CENTURYLINK WILL EITHER CHANGE THEIR NAME OR CLOSE. HELP! "DRAIN THE "SWAMP"...? LET US MAKE 'AMERICA' GREAT AGAIN.
