I spoke to a supervisor on June **, **** about a past due amount that has been frozen and then is to be credited (Reference * ********). However, I just received a notice that my service will be disconnected if the amount is not paid by July **th. I was on hold for over a half hour waiting to speak to someone about this and then my call was disconnected. Twice I tried emailing CenturyLink from the CenturyLink Website and both times I received an error message “Sorry! We are experiencing some difficulties”. I tried the chat line twice. In the first chat the agent did not understand the issue and thought I was trying to get my service disconnected. When I asked to be connected to a supervisor the chat was frozen*ended. In the second chat the agent seemed to understand the issue and suggested I contact the financial department, which is what I did previously and the call was disconnected after being on hold for a half hour. So, after all this, I still don’t know when the “past due” amount will be credited and taken off the amount that I owe, and why I’m getting a notice that my service will be disconnected if I do not pay by July **th.
