My account number is *********I made a pymt plan for ***.** balance to be paid in June *th. Well, we own a business and received a check that won’t clear until the **th. My husband called on Thursday to let you guys know this. The lady gave us until the **th. Now I’m looking at my bank account and seeing where you put the payment through anyways and I am extremely negative in my account and bouncing back items and incurring nsf fees. WHY did you do this? I need this rectified ASAP!
GetHuman-jezebell did not yet indicate what CenturyLink should do to make this right.
