Yes ok,my apartment building is being remodeled this started in Feb.and I had to move from my apt. to another unit the modeum I had did not work in the other new unit I called centurylink about In feburary and was told to wait until I went back to my old unit,by then the unit had no service for my old modeum.I have been paying my bill until I moved back into my unit april *,**** could we talk about reducing my bill for the two months I paid and had no service.
