Top Tip from another customer
If you are currently under contract you will need to pay an Early Termination Fee. The best time to cancel is at the end of a billing cycle. The account holder needs to call in with all the information on the account.
The issue in GetHuman756708's own words
I am a longstanding customer with modest needs. My bill is forever creeping up. I occasionally notice, and complain, at which time your agents will apply some temporary discount. You charge for nebulous things like cost recoveries, access, and connection. What's more, you always suggest that I'm saving around twenty bucks. No one wants to deal with your porous uncertainties - and your arguments are specious. I am looking for decency, which * $**.** a month, after tax. Otherwise me and you are through - that's a sure $** a month you'll never see again.
