My internet is through CenturyLink I have the Wi-Fi router and for some reason it will not connect there is a red button on the internet and the front of the modem when I called last night they stated that I needed a new modem would like to know when it could be installed or if we can go about fixing this the other way around instead of getting a new modem I have turned it off and restarted it I have unplugged the cord for ** seconds and plugged it back in and still nothing would like to connect to my internet without possibly replacing the modem if I do have to replace the modem I would like to schedule that as soon as possible thank you
