I requested assistance from Century Link on how to go about setting up a block on a local nuisance caller. They told me to press Star, then **, which I did, and it got me into the program. I followed their instructions to a tee. Didn't work---the nuisance caller was bugging my line as soon as I hung up. Went through the same process a second time. It advises me that the number is already in the system as being blocked. I put it in again anyway. Same result---the nuisance caller is bugging me as soon as I hang up. SAnother thing that bugs me is the inability to get a live person at Century Link. I am sick and tired of listenting to their recorded prompts trying to anticipate what you are calling about. then referring you to another set of prompts.Something is gonna change, or I'm gonna leave.
