I was looking at my bank statement on line and I had made a payment of $**.** on April **th through the automation bill pay by phone, As I was looking through my bank statement, I also noticed that Century Link also took out $**.** April **th through Auto pay, I do not have Auto pay, I pay my bill every month from my debit card on the automated system. I would like for Century Link to please credit the payment they took out towards my bill for the Month of May, and please remove me from auto pay, I have never signed up for auto pay.*Thank You*Yvonne McLemore
