The issue in GetHuman-mwallis's own words
I ordered a hubcap for my **** Kia Optima. The matching hubcap was pictured on your website and I ordered it. I paid extra for priority mail because I was having my wheels rotated the following Monday and I wants them to Install it. However the one I received did not match the set I had nor did it match the picture of the one I ordered. Ie you sent me the wrong one! Since it was your compny’s error I think you should give me a complete refund and pay the postage for the return. You can call me at ***-***-**** if you have questions. By the way, this is my *nd email and contrary to your claims of quick response, no one has contacted me yet.
GetHuman-mwallis did not yet indicate what Centercaps.net should do to make this right.
