I emailed you that day and asked why I hadn't heard anything yet. ****** today I am trying live chat because you haven't responded to my **** email yet and your phone * doesn't accept calls anymore.*I have always recommended you to others and considered you a good company to order online from. But I am frustrated by your lack of response and the difficulty in getting this resolved. *I would like you to confirm that you have received my order back and I would like a REFUND, not a credit this time, for my initial payment of $**.**.
