I WANT THE * ITEMS I PAID FOR THAT I NEVER RECEIVED. EVEN THOUGH THE PACKING LIST HAD THEM CHECKED OFF AS IF THEY WERE IN THE PACKAGE, BUT THEY WEREN'T! ALSO A REPLACEMENT FOR THE DAMAGE ROSE S* CASE ... I DID NOT RECEIVE ALL OF MY ORDER!! i didn't receive a purple hummingbird case for an S* and a Teal colored mermaid case for an S*. Also one of the items was suppose to come with a navy colored leather bow case for an S* and I received a black one instead. The limited edition Rose card case came damaged. So many problems and when I try to call, you aren't taking phone calls at this time and when I try to email I receive an automatic generated response. Now I understand how this company oy has a *.* rating! I have tried to give you the opportunity to take care of all these problems yet another day goes by awaiting a respinse to see how this is handled. I am anout out of patient's giving you that chance to fix this. I will be spreading my experiences throughout social media and with the BBB if there is still a lack of concern on your part after this contact. I would appreciate a phone call at ***-***-****, NOT AN EMAIL AUTOMATED RESPONSE! I want an ACTUAL PERSON to contact me* I spoke with a Dominic in the past. If he would be available that woukd be appreciated!
Quality Control or whoever checks the packages didnt only make a mistake and not put one case in the package, but * cases and were missing and let * get shipped that was damaged. How can you have repeat customers if you dont take care of the ones you have? Not only is it difficult when an order is incorrect to try and fix it, but when you cant even get ahold of someone in customer service it makes the problem that much worse and is very frustrating. Things happen but its how a business handles it is what matters! Spending countless hours trying to get ahold of someone to fix the problem should absolutely be uncalled for!
I want someone from Cellular Outfitters to contact me and take care of this now so I don't have to waste anymore time on this!!
I have maybe only ordered one time years agp. How can you build up repeated clientele if you don't have a good customer service team?
I've already contacted you * other times with forms that I have filled out and several emails sent! The only response I get is an automated email telling me what to do if I needed to return something. THIS IS NOT WHAT I NEED!
