I purchased a ticket through Value Alliance and encountered an issue on the payment. Initially, paid value was held hanging in the bank as Cebu pacific has a technical issue. I checked with the bank and in my statement amount of *,***.** was debited from my account in May **, ****. No ticket has been issued till date under Booking reference SJK**X, Passenger name, Jun Tolentino. Please proceed with the refund.
