I ordered food from the Colada Shop in DC through Caviar on May *th. On the website, there was a pick up option, which I selected, and then a message that said my order would be ready in **-** minutes. When I arrived at the restaurant ** minutes later, the staff said they knew nothing about the order. The manager sent an e-mail two days later saying no online order had been made. YET, my credit card has been charged for the $**.**. (see below) Both not having the lunches ready AND being charged for this were big disappointments.
