We had booked two tickets with Cathay Pacific*Daniel Howard Schimmel *Ticket ****************Marilyn Susan Schimmel*Ticket ***************These were flights from LAX to Hong Kong ******* Return ****** Hong Kong-Singapore-LAX. We had cancelled the flights Total was $****.**. You deducted $*** per ticket and refunded us $****.**. Another couple we were going to fly with had also cancelled their tickets at the same time and did not get the $*** per ticket deduction. We therefore would like you to also reimburse us the $*** per ticket since this seems the fair thing to do. If needed we can supply the name and ticket number of the other couple we were going to fly with whom you did not charge the $*** per ticket. If you want to review their booking you will see they had exact same circumstances as we did. *We would much prefer to resolve this issue with Cathay Pacific rather than have our credit card company contact you. Thank you.
