I am mrs maribeth mirafllores langlet a passenger of cathay pacific.the date that i fly is ** oct ****..my flieght number is CX*** from manila to hongkong, hongkong to paris.. the flieght from manila was delayed and when i arrived in hongkong the plane was just gone...*So my sister in Dubai booked me another ticket..flieght number is CX***. SO IN THE MORNING OF **OCT I WENT TO THE OFFICE OF CATHAY IN THE AIRPORT AND WAS HAPPY THAT I WILL USE THE OLD TICKET INSTEAD OF THE NEW ONE... THE INFIRMATION LADY TOLD ME THAT I CAN REINBORSE MY TICKET THAT I DID NOT USE IT..*THE REASON WHY I BOUGHT ANOTHER TICKET IS THAT THE INFORMATION DESK IN CAHTAY OFFICE WAS TELLING ME THAT *I CANNOT USE THE CX*** SO I NEED TO BUY ONE, BUT I INSIST THAT IS NOT MY FAULT WHEN THE PLANE WAS GONE, IS THEM BECAUSE MY FLIEGHT FROM MANILA IS DELAYED M*RE THAN *HOUR...**BY THE WAY THIS IS MY STORY I HOPE YOUR KIND CONSIDERATION..**CORDIALLY,*MRS MARIBETH MIRAFLORES LANGLET
