We have purchased multiple flights with Cathay Pacific. We were able to take the flight from MNL to LAX. From LA we weren't able to go to NJ because we had an emergency back home in the Philippines. My mom had a ruptured aneurysm wherein she must undergo operation ASAP. Since nobody is with her, I have to take a flight to the Philippines. I tried to contact Cathay Pacific that night to get a rebooking right away, but answering machine said office hours only. So i took a flight with a different carrier.****May I request from your good office to refund our return flight from EWR to MNL.****Should you need proof of my mom's emergency situation, please let me know so i can send it to you.
