We purchased a gift for my boyfriend on June **, **** through Amazon for a Casio G Shock Move watch (GBD-H****-*CR). Amazon has stated that they will not refund us the money $***.**. They told us to contact Casio to repair the watch (watch had syncing issues). Lena Vo sent the watch to your Dover, NJ factory. USPS Tracking number **********************. The watch was received on August *, ****. I was advised today that an engineer had the watch and was trouble shooting it. According to your website, repairs typically take * weeks. I was advised by Shayna that worked at your factory service center today at **:** hours that repairs are *-* weeks behind schedule. Even if that were the case on top of the typical * weeks, it has still been one month longer. **I understand that things happen but understand this situation from my perspective. This was a NEW gift that obviously had issues. I have always purchased Casio products and have never had any problems. Now I am out $***.** AND the watch. Is there anyway that you could just send a NEW watch so we can resolve this issue and you can keep a HAPPY customer? At this point, I would really just like the watch back for my boyfriend. I can't see receiving a REFURBISHED watch for $***.**. Most customer service centers, in order to maintain a great customer relationship, would send a new product in place of a defective item. Please advise if this situation can be resolved in a timely manner with the above suggested resolution.**It's been *.* months since he received a gift that was defective and all I am asking for is a replacement. **Thank you.
