I received a watch from my son as a gift for Mother's Day but I struggled with setting it up due to the complicated instructions. After getting help from a jeweler, I still needed assistance setting the time for cities like Madrid and Dubai, adjusting the light duration, and syncing with Denver time in the Fall. Unfortunately, my first contact with Customer Support was unhelpful and I felt dismissed. Despite contacting them again as advised by Cindy I, I was told they couldn't assist since the watch had already been set once. The lack of communication within the company and being directed to online videos left me very dissatisfied as a new customer. It's frustrating to not receive the support I expected.

I am Mr. K from Alexandria, Egypt. I purchased the EF-328D-7A Stainless Steel Watch - Silver from Jumia on Mon, 10/20/[redacted]. After a few weeks, the watch started to delay and eventually stopped working. I initially sent it to the Alexandria maintenance center, but they advised me to send it to Cairo. After shipping it to Cairo and getting it back supposedly fixed, the watch stopped working again after a few days. This cycle repeated three times, where I sent it to Cairo for maintenance and it would work for a short while before failing again. I have contacted customer service multiple times but the issue persists. I kindly request a replacement for the watch as I have exhausted all attempts to repair it.

I bought a Casio G Shock Move watch (GBD-H1000-8CR) for my boyfriend on June 19, [redacted], from Amazon, but unfortunately, the watch had syncing issues. After Amazon directed me to Casio for repairs, Lena Vo sent the watch to the Dover, NJ factory with tracking number [redacted][redacted]58. The watch arrived on August 7, [redacted]. Despite the usual 2-week repair timeframe, I was informed by Shayna at the factory service center that they are currently delayed by 2-3 weeks. I have always been a satisfied Casio customer, but this experience has left me frustrated. I am now out $[redacted].94 and still without a working watch. I am hoping for a resolution, possibly in the form of a new watch replacement to rectify this unfortunate situation promptly. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

I have a G-Shock watch with Module No. [redacted]. It has been working well until today. The section that used to display the date now shows the hour and minutes incorrectly. For example, when the time is 2:46, it shows 6 instead. Additionally, the box that usually displays the day of the week and seconds is now showing "UTC" and the seconds only. I am looking for guidance on how to reset my watch to show the month and day on the lower left box and the day of the week and seconds on the lower right box. Your assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have the GravityMaster GPW-[redacted] watch, and I am experiencing an issue with the G-Shock connected app. Despite setting my home time to Montreal, it keeps reverting back to Toronto whenever I disconnect from the app. Although both cities are in the same timezone, it is frustrating to see it constantly switch back to Toronto. It appears to be a bug in the app, and I hope it can be addressed in a future update. Thank you.

I own a Mudmaster GG-B100 watch. It was synced with my phone and worked perfectly until recently. The battery died, so I had it replaced at a local jeweler. Since then, the analog time is incorrect while the digital time and date are accurate. Despite setting the watch location to CST (Chicago) and ensuring my phone matches the digital time, the analog time remains off by hours. I've attempted to adjust it on both the watch and phone, but the analog time keeps reverting to the wrong settings. Any suggestions or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I have attempted to reach out multiple times through email, phone calls, and live chat regarding the return of a watch. The watch received does not resemble the picture online, which makes me suspect an error in delivery. I have received a return request form indicating no prepaid shipping label, making the return process inconvenient. I am disappointed with the current customer service experience. I am requesting a refund and a prepaid shipping label to facilitate the return process. If there is a physical store in Los Angeles, I am willing to visit in person to expedite the refund procedure. Please address this matter promptly for resolution. Thank you.

I am trying to sign up with Casio due to the change in the cell phone connection on my G-Shock. However, your website does not recognize that I own one! This is frustrating and inaccurate! Please contact me at [redacted] or [redacted] promptly to correct this mistake. This issue is crucial, especially with the recent changes in your Casio Phone app making it less user-friendly. It may be time to return to my Rolex. I look forward to hearing from you soon. Best, Stephen F.

Hello! I recently purchased a Casio electronic piano, the Privia PX160, which seems to have a very unusual issue. When the piano is turned on, a mysterious "ghost" seems to be playing it from the inside. This strange phenomenon has caused certain keys to become inactive, even after undergoing repairs by the Casio authorized service workshop. Unfortunately, the problem persists, and Casio no longer responds to the service people's requests for further assistance. It appears that the model of my piano may now be considered old, at seven years, and Casio no longer has the necessary components for repair. Despite my efforts to find a solution online and through various companies, this unique defect remains unresolved. I have been unsuccessful in obtaining a service manual or firmware for the piano as well, due to lack of availability. I feel frustrated that I paid $[redacted] for a malfunctioning piano, and an additional $[redacted] for unnecessary repairs. The feeling of being misled is strong, as the defect seems to have originated from the factory. I am willing to provide video evidence if needed. Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I posted here recently about my unique piano issue. No one has addressed it yet. My piano plays random notes without being touched. The Casio-approved technician replaced the keyboard contacts without fixing the problem. Now they suggest replacing the motherboard, but Casio has stopped communicating with them for over a year inexplicably. People I consulted believe such a fault is impossible, yet it occurs in my piano. I prefer email, chat, or WhatsApp to discuss, as calling Japan is costly. I seek a conversation with a technical, not marketing, representative. Can anyone assist? Thank you, Miles M. Email: [redacted]

Hello, I previously mentioned a unique issue with my Casio Privia piano: it plays notes on its own and then the keys stop working. Despite contacting the European representative who referred me to the local representative, no repair was possible. Communication issues with the company persisted. I seek assistance from Casio to speak with an electronic engineer rather than sales or marketing to address the problem after futile attempts to fix the contacts under the keys. Your help is appreciated.
