My name is Valerie Shaw. My booking * *ZLM**. I have not received my refund for my cruise dated ** April **** departure. The problem is the card that was used (ending ****) no longer exists. It was compromised following paying for the cruise then I was issued another Heritage bank card right before the bank changed to First Financial bank then I was issued another card with the First Financial bank. The old card (****) is not linked to my acct. at all. The bank has looked into this and state that you all should issue me a check back to my address listed on the account. My * is *** ***-**** to speak with me.
