My family just got off carnival dream that sailed from Sunday *th to **th. We booked two conjoining balcony rooms on deck *. There was a horrible smell that workers would just say it was food that we were smelling. As the days went on, it got worse and even neighbors were leaving notes in the hallway saying their rooms stunk too and also complained several times. Five of us stayed in rooms **** and ****. The smell started about from room **** and went down the hall. Several complaints were made. It was a sewer smell and ruined it when we couldn't even spend time in our room without gagging and had to do laundry three times because of clothes starting smelling. Three of our room keys didnt work half the time. Our smoke alarm went off for no reason and our safe got stuck and someone had to come clear it and took out some of our belongings which I feel like she should have opened the safe and not touched any of our stuff in there. We also purched the bubbles package thinking we couldsget pop easily for the children but no where did it state that we had to go to the bar to get them drinks. My kids cried Everytime because they were getting shoved around by drunk people having to be in that area. Made them not want to get drinks.. This was our first cruise and will like it will likely be our last which is sad because my company is partnered with you and we had planned to take many. Just seems like they just keep giving us the run around when we begged them to smell the room. Evevntually a supervisor came up and could smell it but it did ruin our time and I feel like they could have listened from the beginning instead of pretending it was food smell. I hope they look into that floor so that other family's that spend **** like we did don't have to go what we did. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I hope I get more answers here than I did from the workers on the ship.
