The issue in GetHuman-myronbl's own words
I recently came off a cruise with Carnival Cruise Line. On May **, ****, I paid my finial bill ($***.**) the night before leaving the ship, May **, ****. That transaction is showing paid by Wells Fargo on May **, ****, and it is correct. However, there is another transaction pending for today, May **, **** for $***.**. This is a duplicate charge by Carnival Cruise Line. Please note that I went back in the Carnival Kiosk aboard ship because I received an additional statement of charges when I got back to my state room prior to leaving the ship. I believe this statement was printed prior to my payment thereby creating a duplicate charge. I am also contacting Wells Fargo to bring this error to their attention.
