You cancel at anytime by just calling in. You will need to call in immediately or may need to wait for the item to be delivered to return it.

If I have to wait any longer on hold, I will cancel my Carid account.... ** minutes*Now on hold again... ********* Now told by "Emma" that shock must be sent back to west coast for "review" then and only then will a replacement shock be issued... Seriously? * weeks??? what do I tell my customer? Asked to speak to a supervisor.."Emma" told me there was none..
