At least three times In the last year I have asked the Caremark customer service rep to ensure. ALL of my prescriptions are on auto refill and auto call the dr when prescription expires Each and every time they swear up and down that EVERY prescription has now been set up that way but when the time comes for a refill, no auto refill. Also about * months ago I called in a requested change of mailing address and requested the new address be used for ALL refills not just the one I am having to call to refill even though auto refill had been requested. Yet when I called in today, that change of address had not been made. my guess is that the reps are closely monitored and tracked on time per call and they just don’t do the other action items requested. Because it hurts their personal numbers. Regardless CAREMark **day prescription service is terrible , inefficient, and frustrating.
