We have been getting charged for premium membership since ********** (** charges) that we have been unaware of. We have not logged in or used care.com for years, so we would like to be reimbursed for * out of the ** charges that we unknowingly have been paying for.

GetHuman-alilesc did not yet indicate what Care.com should do to make this right.
