Again, I was trying to make changes to my profile, add a newer picture and respond to a few of the AD's. I was unable to do so. The site is not working, so it makes me very nervous to give you my credit card information to "Upgrade" when I cannot even do the simpliest things. I would appreciate you calling me on Monday morning to discuss. I would rather discuss via the phone rather than ema... ... A few issues: I tried to edit my profile and picture and it seems frozen, will not allow me to make the changes and additions. I tried to apply for a job and again it is frozen and will not allow me to move forward. I feel uncomfortrable giving my credit card information on line when your site does not even respond to my requests. This situation is extremely frustrating because I am trying to make simple changes to my profile to enhance my information, but unable to do so. And, I was reading what some of your other clients have written as well, and this exact situation seems to be happening with many others. This needs to be addressed asap or at the very least, please explain what we need to do. Thank you ******
