Help with my Care.com issue

The issue in GetHuman-zapphire's own words
Use my card to buy a background check ... I have the care.com app on my phone (I do not have a computer. Not everyone does. So why have the app at all if you aren’t going to make it work well). A while back I guess I used someone else’s bank card (I paid them back cash) to make a mere $** purchase of the motor vehicle records on my app. I didn’t click ANYTHING saying I wanted that card used forever on my account. I honestly forgot whose card I used, the only way I can tell that I used someone else’s card is the fact that when I went to use MY card to make a $** purchase for an actual criminal background check, it would not pop up with ANY screen related to payment. It simply went straight to a screen that said the payment has been processed. It didn’t pop up with anything saying “this is the card being used” or any sort of authorization for payment. So it was impossible to not only change the card but to just simply see WHAT card was used. This is such a bad system and I demand the card he refunded.**What’s worse, I actually called the care.com team, waited on hold for FOREVER, they refused to refund whoever’s card they charged stating it’s my fault (it’s not. It’s your faulty system) AND refused to get me a manager saying a superviser “will call me before the end of this business day”. Guess who never got a call back before the end of the business day? Me.**I’m debating leaving a really bad review on EACH of my yelp accounts, telling ALLLLLLLLL of my **-** something year old friends to leave bad reviews on ALL of their yelp accounts too and honestly someone already told me they’re boycotting care.com. If this issue does not get resolved I may just follow suit.
Their app doesn’t allow any sort of payment to be put on there, they just use the last card that was used and don’t authorize that it’s okay to do so before charging the card. They don’t even let you know what card is being used. You have no control. There’s nothing to look at or change. They just charged it
I want whatever card that was used to be refunded so I don’t get sued for fraud. Because then i would in turn sue care.com
I’ve been a nanny on here for years
I even tried calling and care.com has the worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life
